Big Liam

Or the Smartest Giant in Town. L and EL did an amazing 6 hour swim in absolutely perfect conditions in Lough Hyne today. The water is about 3 degrees warmer than in Sandycove, so it was lovely. A, BBA, D and me did 10km, so 3 hours for me. I was thrilled with my swim. (I was the only one in wetsuit) What a great day.
This evening then we had a BBQ at the home of the BBQ legend RB.
