Good night!

An early start to fit in a run before it got too hot. I had a fairly gentle run up to St Ives the back along the river.

A & the kids have gone to Whitby for the weekend, lucky them! But it was work for me, interrupting a cycle ride! I detoured on the way home for a swim, too many boats in Otley, to many kids at Burley so I headed to Addingham which was peaceful and beautiful. I took the scenic route home over the moors, up Cote de Cobbydale and finally ending back in Saltaire. Next stop the chippy for some much needed refuelling!
