Shapes

A day of choosing and sorting and heaving and packing. Someone came for the fridge in the morning, then we headed for worktop and carpet shops....think we’ve sorted those now (although worktop needs some comparative quotes). Back for some crackers and pate whilst we waited for people collecting fireplace and washing machine then back out, this time to tile shop. Think the ones we found online are best but found some good plain ones as contrast. All these shops have had some really helpful people serving....thank goodness!
Took some clothes and other stuff over to the new place....looking stunning in the late afternoon hot sunshine. Slightly worried my place is going to feel very small when I return to it! We had a wander around Bruntsfield afterwards and had a drink sitting in the sunshine, trying to draw out bathroom plans, before home and supper at Tanjore (delicious as always). Finally down to the Festival Theatre for Rite of Spring. Good to see Winsford and MrT before it started and have a natter, then an evening of very athletic dancers and stunning visuals.
