I took this from the rocks under the Priory.

not much else to say, other than I'm behind with my commenting, I'm tired after only having a couple of hours sleep today and my medication is having some adverse effects on me, I have "Nanna's ankles !" and feeling very nauseous..

I'll be out again tomorrow trying to catch some fresh air, South Shields pier is on the radar.
