going up in the world

I came home from church to find two topless men in the garden! Joe was visiting and D had asked him to help with the yearly dreaded task of cutting back the Virginia creeper, which was in danger of making our house look like Sleeping Beauty's castle.

They got out the ladders, put on some music and did the job. Joe got hit with some of the mud which D flung down from the gutters and D's hair is full of leaves.

What a handsome pair :-) The house is looking good too...
