Conversation

B very kindly treated M and me to lunch at the attractive, Edwardian 'Dales' hotel.  After our lunch we retired to the lounge with our coffee and a square each of their delicious creamy fudge.
The weather has been extremely hot today and most of the guests were outside in the garden, so we enjoyed having the cosy lounge to ourselves and while we chatted about this and that the sun gradually moved across the seats and carpets casting pleasing shadows.
A most civilised and pleasant way to spend an afternoon.  Thanks B.
