Coriander Seed

Today's the day …………………… to get in a pickle

I know it doesn't look much but I'm hoping that there's a tablespoon there.

That's because Will is pickling his shallots tomorrow and his recipe requires - '1 tblsp of coriander seeds'.  So these will be added whole, to mingle with all the other ingredients and make a tasty pickled onion to be eaten in the months to come.

Needless to say - they're not just any old coriander seed.  They're MY coriander seed - homegrown and harvested by my own hands - and I hope they'll be highly superior to anything shop bought …………………..!
