Sardinade
Our town is celebrating the annual St Louis festival. Meals, dancing, fireworks, brocante and funfair. The evening meal was a Sardinade. For the uninitiated, its where they cook a load of sardines and then we eat them. Oh, accompanied by loads of wine, baked potato, bread, cheese and apple tart. It was wonderful. Looking forward to next year.
