Factot 8 injected 2000 units no prbs tho arm is looking bruised now. May ask for a canular on Tuesday. See how we go.
Aching shoulder but nothing bad.

Opened a bottle of red - the first one for ages... Oh lovely stuff almost drank it all but thought better of it.
