Beach holiday weekend ...

It was mysteriously misty at dawn. By mid morning it had burnt off.

I saw the steam train on its way to Tweedbank again on my way into town. The holiday crowds were soaking up the very warm sunshine in Princes Street. We walked on the promenade in the early evening and the beach was very busy. Many were still swimming in the sea! The forecast is good for tomorrow too.

England won the 3rd Test in Leeds against almost all odds!
