Cardoon

The Kingston Crew are gone - they should be nearly home by now. Tomorrow Ali and Nat are going off for the day - her birthday treat, and TM and I will be in charge. So I'm off to bed, expecting an early start and a busy day ...

I will try to find some time to browse and sprinkle stars - there seems to be very little time between the children' bedtime and ours at the moment. Comments off, as I don't think I'll manage to keep up. 

The shot is a cardoon in the vegetable garden. We did try to eat one, once. Never again. But we haven't the heart to dig it up.
