Shall I jump?

Day started early with daughter swimming and father attending local hospital for blood test. Having taken down father's Christmas decorations, returned home to take down ours.

Pleasant distraction to go into garden to find next door's cockeral (one of 6) attempting to make an escape to our side of the fence. Dog was most put out by the cheek of it but cockeral didn't seem bothered at all.
He is one of two left dumped at local garden centre and rescued by neighbour.

A shame the sky is so boring as a backdrop to this photo. Maybe I'll learn some tricks in time.
