Faded

We invited a girlfriend over for a BBQ lunch. It was a perfect day with brilliant sunshine and a cooling breeze. I am thinking that our BBQ days will be soon to be less frequent. 
The Blip is the Cosmos flower I took inside to photograph a while ago. I found it hanging in a vase and decided its value hasn't expired even though the flower has. I love the elegant curves formed by the drying petals.
