Loco no show

BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY

I travelled over to the Dark Side to see what was on offer on the final day of the East Lancashire Railway's "West Country Weekend". 

Disappointingly,  the star of the show 34046 "Braunton" failed to arrive at Heywood Station to pull the 11:30 to Rawtenstall. Apparently it suffered a failure earlier this morning and was withdrawn from service at Bury.

I've had to settle for blipping its sister engine 34092 "City of Wells"  which is a regular on the ELR line.
