King Arthur's Cave

We spent the first part of the day in the cooler forest, exploring King Arthur's Cave, near Symonds Yat.

Then, as the heat got more intense we headed down the hill to Biblin's Bridge, a suspension foot bridge over the River Wye.  Stanley had a dip in the river to cool down, he was the lucky one.  Isobel, Mollie and I had an ice cream and a cool drink before slogging back up the hill.  Stanley had a special dog-friendly ice cream as well!
