Took a fair amount of playing with the white balance to achieve the colours as you'd recognise them in daylight. The camera very much rendered the scene as it appeared under the lighting, which gave it very orange to pink look. Such editing wouldn't be achievable if your digital camera can't record the images in a RAW format.

Of course an easier option would be to convert the shot to black & white...

Good day with my parents and my younger brother's family. An extended lunch meeting in Elgin, half way between the furthest flung homes. Resisted any temptation to take photos. There was too much to chat about, and catch up on.
