Istanbul Sunshine

Beautiful sunshine, in fact, rather hazy over the Bosphorus. Graham and I started our day with a long leisurely Turkish breakfast, well, brunch really, on the water's edge at House Cafe in Ortakoy.  Then we enjoyed a boat trip from Ortakoy to just beyond Rumeli Hisari, and back again. By now it was mid afternoon, and we returned to school to have a cooling drink at Bizim Tepe, joined by Caitlin, before going to the first 'fish night' pot luck on Konak Terrace (extra) where Graham was able to meet quite a few of the neighbour friend colleagues with whom I work. We were finally back home after sundown for Netflix and nightcap.
