MonoMonday292 A moment

My shot for today's MM is Violet taking a moment to entertain us in the garden with a song and dance after returning from a party.  My extra is of  a special lady, who's 40th birthday celebration we were invited to this afternoon.  I first met the birthday girl when she was five, Violet's age.  Her brother then  three attended the same playgroup as my son, which is where we mummies met and became friends.  They have a sister who is the same age as Violet's mummy.  She is currently in Australia and couldn't be here for the party, but will visit later in the year.
The glorious weather has been the other feature of this Bank Holiday weekend her in the UK and is set to last a few more days: wonderful to be able to sit out even late into the evening enjoying the warmth!
