A late lunch

This morning I headed off to Go Outdoors for a new waterproof jacket as my other one is a little too snug for bending down taking pictures. 

Next stop was Waitrose for a comfort break and to cool down loafing around the cold meats counter. 

After that I had to go to Dunelm to buy some new pillows.  I washed six the other day (two at a time) and then had to bin three of them when they disintegrated.

I wandered down to the postbox a little earlier.  I say wandered, I would love to have walked faster but it's too darned hot, and now I'm going to open the freezer door and very slowly extract two choc ices.
