Horrible!

On a diet pre colonoscopie and gastroentoscopie (?).
They have made me do 5 days instead of the usual 3.
It’s dreadful. No fruit or vegetables, nothing remotly complet. Tonight I had boiled white rice and boiled fish. I am allowed butter thank goodness.
