Collection of paws
Mr Perkins is curled up on the sofa beside me on his cushion. His paws are tidily arranged.
Thank you for all your kind thoughts and words on yesterday's entry. I'm very touched. Mr Perkins is mildly interested – none of you offered him a sweetie! I despair at that cat sometimes.
The extra shows a device I bought yonks ago, possibly even before we bought this. It's a Micro-SD-to-USB adapter. Even more useful than ever now, given that the only computer I have with a slot for SD cards (full size cards, but I have a Micro-SD-to-SD adapter, too) is my ancient, Windows–Linux dual-boot laptop, which is virtually unusable because it's so slow.
I knew this device was knocking about somewhere; all I had to do was find where. I looked in cupboards, in boxes, in boxes in cupboards, in bags, in bags in cupboards. Everywhere. When there was only one place left to look, I was ready to give up. It was with resignation that I looked in the last place – and found it!
I need it for my Raspberry Pi – the one that they very kindly sent after I broke the first one.
