Bee Orchid

Thanks to weather and other commitments, today was my first day of paid fieldwork since returning from Romania. Chris and I monitored a pond creation scheme in the fens, not a big project but one which seemed quite hard work thanks to a developing cold. However, finding several Bee orchid spikes cheered my up - they always seem to have such happy faces!
