Best laid plans

Back from holiday and I planned to make proper use of the camera again. Then Barry bent down to do something simple on Sunday afternoon and since then has been in a lot of pain and fairly immobile. So once again blips are relegated to whatever is easy. Physio booked tomorrow so let’s hope things improve
