Lovely to see the Red Admiral on the Buddleia today.    I thought I had forfeited flowers this year by being too heavy handed cutting it back in the spring, but it now has some lovely plumes of flowers that have quite a heady scent.
It's been another scorching hot day, 33 degrees according to the car at 3.30 this afternoon, phew.
