Love is all Around

We had the pleasure of Miss A's friend, Katie, staying over today. We shopped, we went to the park, we walked in the woods and looked for clues to which animals lived there. Poor Katie found the clue that no-one wanted to find - the 'poo clue' - a rock with a bird dropping on it. I found something much nicer; a tree with a heart.

Back home, Miss A had her 'moments' where it all kicked off because she wouldn't share with katie but they were generally feeling the love. They played at being mummies, played on the seesaw and trampoline in the garden and made/painted plaster cupcakes before dinner, bath and bed.

Meanwhile Rob and star neighbour, Stuart, fitted some beautiful new windows in our lounge, clever old them. We're so grateful to Stuart for helping and to his wife Kay for giving up her husband for 2 days when she's got her own kids to contend with. They are both superstars!

No hanging about tonight - it's an early night for me, I'm knackered.
