1768. The Saga Continues!

A photo sent to an Amazon seller this morning as part of my ongoing dispute about a return....they won’t pay return postage as it’s from China and are only prepared to offer me a 50% refund if I keep it....why would I keep it if it’s faulty? Hopefully Amazon will step in and resolve it!
