Checked the weather forecast this morning and the rain was not due to arrive until 3pm. On the basis of that we decided to travel to tag some control sites for the event we are planning.

As I dropped into a depression this young frog jumped out. Just had enough time to grab the camera.

The rain arrived just as we were finishing but pleased with our mornings work.
