Surprise

A gang of us went to the launch of Tom Normand's new book about the artist Calum Colvin, at the Portrait Gallery. It was very entertaining and informative and lots of chat at the drink afterwards.  On opening the book the next day, there's an extra - a signed and numbered plate of his portrait of Hugh MacDiarmid -  very cheery surprise.
