Waiting for the police to arrive and do their work.

Turns out we had unwanted visitors during the day while we were all at work or at summer camp.

The poor bugger made a big mess trying to find valuables which we don't have. All our clothes were pulled out of closets as well, all the kids rooms were checked, drawers, closets opened everywhere, stuff pulled out.

It looked bad but at the end of the day, only two old laptops were gone, as well as some US dollars in cash.

Happy to report that the intruder preferred my old crashed & declared-dead  Macbook over the available non-apple laptops that actually were working. Daughter A's few years old Macbook was the other chosen one, and luckily that, too, was backed up.
