Sequins and pins

With all of the technology that the kids have today it was nice to get home from work today to find that my ten year old daughter had happliy spent the afternoon sticking tiny pins through sequins into a polystyrene sheet to create the picture you see above. I know how fiddly picking the pins up is because when I took her santa bag up to her room a couple of days ago they were all loose in the bottom so being the person I am I quite happily sat there struggling and cursing a little popping them back in to a bag and I'm glad I did.
