Stockers Lake Nature Reserve in Rickmansworth.

After a trip to Tesco in Rickmansworth I have spent most of the day doing chores and getting ready for the trip to Scotland on Saturday. 
I don't plan on doing anything to energetic today. 
I don't know if it's the hot and humid days and the warm nights we are experiencing but I have felt totally drained of energy this week.
I haven't been sleeping well and I know one of my biggest faults is that I do not drink enough water!
