Take a breath.
Breathe in... breathe out.
“Spatial identification of lung abnormalities via a library of MRI measures of density” is technically what the bulk of my day consisted of today. Fun, thrills & excitement.
Performing pulmonary function tests prior to two separate back-to-back hour-long MRI Lung sessions to determine any progression of pulmonary lung disease, cardiac disease, and/or cerebrovascular disease... followed up with subsequent repeat MRI and CT Lung exam in the not-so-distant future.
Agreeing to allow my test results stored “anonymously” indefinitely (without any of my personal information attached) - I’m able to avoid 100% of whatever costs would normally be billed. The National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute paid for my visit today. Medical bills are a racket. Just saying.
