Icy days...

It got to 7pm and after a busy day that included a 10 mile run through a hard packed forest trail. All I took is this picture of the ice opposite our house. The ice has been very apparent this last month up the mountain and in the town.

I decided not to burden myself with a camera EVERYDAY and some adventures, (most) should just be kept to yourself. Another sunny 'icy' day in the Bow Valley.
