River Traffic

After yesterday's rain it was nice to have a more 'normal' August day. 

After sitting in a (normal) 20 minutes road traffic jam (the queue for Cotswold Wildlife Park) we managed a 5 mile circular walk along the Thames from Kelmscott, via Buscot, followed of course by an excellent pub lunch. I was pleased mrsfb managed the walk OK. In any case our friends were very experienced mountain walk leaders, so I knew we would be in good hands if she had any problems.

Afterwards we even managed another NT visit, this time to Chedworth Roman villa.
