Shroomy

Husband picked some beautiful mushrooms in the wild today.
A whole bag.
Some are cooking for a shroomy sauce with loads of hearty herbs now.
Some will be sliced and dried in the food drier for later.
I deliberately left the bowl on The Encyclopedia od Mushrooms for photo shoot as I have a story to tell :)
We got this book ages ago from a friend.
And another friend happens to be Colin Dickinson (the author) son - hello Peter ... we only found out years after getting this book. 
Of course we had many conversations about Shrooms with him and we took him mushroom picking as well.
Obligatory Encyclopedia signed by him as well.
