Invasive Species

Although pigeons are an invasive species in the US, they are pretty neat. This friend has a broken clavicle, so we wrapped it up, and are waiting for a rehabber to pick it up.

Speaking of invasive species, another one is the house cat! I love me some cats, but they belong indoors, and not outdoors where they can expand their population! Overpopulation of these invasive species is a BIG issue, and people don’t realize the impact they can have on the environment.
