Spot the difference

We went out for another cycle ride this afternoon. We did the same route as yesterday but used different bikes.

We bought these bikes earlier this year, plus a tow bar mounted cycle rack. Unfortunately, having changed the motorhome for a van conversion, we can't use the bike rack or carry this much weight - hence the new folding bikes, despite the fact the the earlier purchases had only been out once before today.

We wanted to do a compare and contrast to help us decide whether or not to sell the big bikes. One thing is for sure, they provide a more cushioned ride on the poor road surfaces around here. They are clearly more robust and built for off road use but the folders win on ease of use.

I think the jury is still out but it seems likely that we will be selling one pair of e-bikes and a tow bar mounting cycle rack.
