End of the day

A something and nothing kind of day. After a walk on the beach yesterday I took my walking shoes off before entering the house. Alas I foolishly forgot about them and it rained all night- walking shoes now soaking wet! So I had a pair of jandals at my disposal today and the rain carried on, so a good excuse for a day inside. My friend went up to sort her holiday cottage out so I did some school work.
This evening was spent catching up with T, my friends brother and while we were nattering at the dinner table I saw the sunset unfolding. So whipped outside for a phone shot. The colours are a bit stronger than what they were in reality but not by much
