I might have to remove this soon for legal reasons

Dear Tivoli,
Thank you for your email, we are waiting for a date to be set by the pest control, the company we usually deal with will not deal with pigeons and we have had to contact an alternative company, as you will appreciate we are trying to do all we can to tackle this problem of which is really your landlords problem. I have contacted the company today to request a date that they can attend and as soon as we hear from them I will advise you of the date of attendance.
Kind Regards
Zara

Dear Zara,
If this were really my landlord's problem (note the apostrophe) then that would mean he owns the loft above his leasehold apartment.
If he does indeed own the loft above the apartment, he would have the right to;
 - relocate into the loft the two water tanks which supply both hot & cold water to the flat, providing some semblance of shower-worthy water-pressure.
 - remove the ceiling between the living space and the loft, providing a double-height living space with the potential for a mezzanine sleeping platform, internal spiral staircase and a glazed dormer window.

If any of the above were even remotely true I'd be making a serious offer to buy out my landlord.
But it isn't true, is it.
He can't do any of the above because the loft above his leasehold flat is not his property. It belongs to the freeholder, who also owns the resident pigeons, and all their shit. And you are his public representative.
This is public and you have shit all over your face.
Answer me this; Why does your regular pest control company refuse to deal with pigeons?
Are they a particularly toxic health hazard?
Just asking.
Heaps of love
Tivoli
