Run run run

Been using the Nike App for a while, it's a good motivator if your that way inclined. Been updated recently and I didn't realise all this data was on there. It's a bit sad for me though as I will never run a marathon again because of my heart problem so the record on here will have to stay as a reminder of what I managed to achieve. The best I can hope is a half marathon or a few 10 milers.

This year I hope to run an informal local running "club" , we'll, more of a social jogging session once a week.

Good luck to anyone who is training for this years London Marathon , you should be up to around 10/12 miles at least by now!!!
