I've struck gold again!

Yes, another fabulous Airbnb, and this is the view from my accommodation.... I have told A, my host, she may have to evict me! The best welcome ever from the most lovely lady, and a beautiful little annexe, quirkily furnished, and bright, warm and clean...with the most stunning views from all the rooms, across the garden to the sea. (See extra for the accommodation under the glazed conservatory.) Had a short walk up the road to find the foot path leading down into Teignmouth which no doubt I'll be taking each day...looking forward to exploring tomorrow.
Online shopping just delivered... it's gin o'clock....
