Anstruther Harbour
Yay!! A day out at last:-) In spite of the threatening rain, TJ decided he fancied fish and chips in Anstruther for lunch, so we headed to Fife. The sun came out as soon as we arrived in the Kingdom and stayed there until we left!
However, we hadn't reckoned on the gale force wind when we stepped out of the car at the harbour. The noise in the ships' masts was deafening! Not too cold though , so after a delicious meal at "The Wee Chippy" (even better than the more famous one), we strolled round the harbour while I took some photos.
I had intended to get closer to the lighthouse, but by then the tide was in and the waves were coming over the wall so the Extra shows the closest I dare get to it. Always plenty to photograph at a harbour, so a few more in Extras.
A lovely, if blowy, day.
