The ponds

The weather was not too bad for the community funday and there seemed to be a good turnout to enjoy what was on offer.
We over-estimated the catering (no-one could tell us how many burgers and hot dogs had sold in previous years) but most of the extra we were able to sell on for another event so there was little waste.
Came home after about 7 hours away (we had to get the kitchen ready before and clear up for tomorrow after) and had a snooze. Then the sun came out so we had a wander down to the ponds for a stretch and some fresh air.
