"Loch Eck"
Still a lot of cloud about but the odd sunbeam shining through from time to time makes a picture if you can stop and catch it. The drive alongside Loch Eck is part of the Argyll Forest Park and the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, and sticks close to the water's edge, on the eastern edge of the loch.
Across the loch, hills rise abruptly in craggy slopes, forested in their lower part, and with three big corries biting deep into the higher tops above.
So today's Blip is of Loch Eck looking Northwards from Dornoch Bay Picnic area.
