Impressive village sign?

That's what I thought it was as we entered Ullock. When we had got to the other side it appeared to be part of someone's garden. In which case it is the garden feature to end all garden features!
West Cumberland used to have a number of small branch lines. Many of them went before Cumberland became part of Cumbria I believe.
