Newent. Games 1 or 2. Good, may become Excellent.

A full but enjoyable day today.  After a multitude of breakfasts covering practically everything on the menu (which is a bit of a nightmare scenario) we drove over to Newent to join in on a friend's birthday gaming weekend.  We only had time for a couple of reasonably meaty games but they included a trial run of Tony Boydell's prototype shipping / fishing game; which E won reasonably convincingly.

In the evening we were out again with friends/guests from university days.
