Picture-perfect beer stop

The main focus of the day was to get to downtown Victoria and have a nose around. It was another scorcher - and after an hour or so, Michas decided it would be a good idea to take Ottawacker Jr on a boat taxi while Gienek and I studied the architecture of British Columbia's legislative building.

"What a good idea," we said. And so we repaired to the local Milestone's, where we examined said legislature from afar, while sampling several beers on the rooftop patio. Perhaps the combination of sun and beer was not the wisest, but without adult supervision, this is the sort of thing that can happen...
