Outside the new(ish) Hotel Ottilia are two typical Danish taxis, 90%+ are Merc's. Denmark isn't big enough to have a car industry so it takes great pleasure in putting huge taxes on all cars. So, as a bonus for taxi drivers, you can claim all 200% back if it's for business use. So taxis are often high end and, strangely enough, driving school cars (company cars are still as cheap as they can get away with). 

I used my off camera Goddox flash to light up the street - you can see a bit of the sign post down the street reflecting a fair bit.
