£1 Lillies

Mrs WW is always tempted by bargins and whilst I was loading up with shingle at homebase yesterday she was scouring the plant offers. Even if these £1 Lillies only survive a week they are alive with colour and will still have outlast the rather more expensive M&S bouquet received last week!

Today was spent in the garden getting on with finishing the new sitting area. More buying and finishing required - should be finished in time for winter...

Meanwhile we employed a couple of local girls to wash the cars to help fund their school trip to Africa next year. They did a good job and saved me from the effort of removing the straw acquired last week!!
