Lovely service at my local church this morning where I was able to share a little bit more about Shrewsbury Youth for Christ.

Saw Lucy this afternoon and caught up on what has been a less than fun summer for her.

Came back from a hot run and the best way to cool down was to lie on the cool patio slabs. I left my mark. Grim.
